SPA SERVICES at the REFORM CLUB

Treatments offered in either 60 or 90 minute sessions at a rate of $300 or $400 including gratuity. All treatments are offered in-room.

Swedish Massage

Long, fluid strokes of the muscles and tissues with pressure that varies from light to medium to firm.

Deep Tissue Massage

Focus on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia to help release chronic muscle tension.

Shiatsu Massage

Performed on a low massage table or floor mat and fully clothed. Combination of light pressure and acupressure points to relieve tension and correct imbalances.

Maternity Massage*

Relief from the normal pregnancy discomforts such as backaches, stiff neck, joint pain, leg cramps, swelling and edema.

Sports Medical Massage

Specialized treatment that focuses on areas of injury, facilitates healing and improves range of motion and flexibility.

Acupuncture

Insertion of thin needles at strategic points on the body to stimulate the nervous system and treat a broad range of issues such as pain management, stress management, digestion issues and headaches.

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture

Full body treatment with a focus on the face. Combines the rejuvenation of facial with the stimulation of acupuncture to treat fine lines and wrinkles, complexion, pigmentation and improve muscle tone.

Cancellations: Require 24-hour notice. Otherwise full value of the service will be charged.
Gratuity is included.
*Approval from your obstetrician is required. Guests must be out of their first trimester. Only offered in 60 minute sessions for an additional $50.
